dk77's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Gaming is enjoyable only when it is played in a controlled and mindful way. dk77 always puts players' wellbeing first.
Our Commitment
dk77 believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Millions of players in Bangladesh come to our platform every day to have fun. To keep that fun safe, dk77 has built a complete responsible gaming framework.
Deposit limits, self-exclusion, time-out options, and 24/7 support — our responsible gaming policy rests on these four pillars. At any time, if a player feels that gambling is having a negative impact on their life, they can use dk77's tools to protect themselves.
Enjoying gaming and maintaining your financial and mental boundaries can go hand in hand. dk77 is committed to making that balanced path easy for every player.

Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount based on your own budget. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing it requires a set waiting period.
Session Time Limits
Decide in advance how long you will play in one sitting. When that time is up, dk77 will automatically alert you so you can take a break.
Time-Out Feature
Want a short break? Set a time-out from 24 hours up to six weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in or place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose a permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Once activated, it cannot be lifted before the set period ends — your protection is the goal.
Loss Limits
You can set your account to stop automatically once losses reach a certain amount. Setting this limit in advance reduces the risk of placing impulsive bets when emotions run high.
24/7 Support
Contact dk77 via live chat or email at any time, day or night. Our Bengali-speaking team is always ready to listen to your concerns and help you find a solution.
Age Restrictions
For players aged 21 and above only
Gaming services at dk77 are strictly for adults. The minimum age to participate in online gaming is 21. Minors are not permitted to register or play.
Keep your account secure from younger family members — do not share your password.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gaming
When gaming goes beyond entertainment and becomes a problem, these signs may appear. Assess yourself or someone you care about:
Continuing to play in repeated attempts to recover lost money.
Repeatedly trying to stop gaming but failing each time.
Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends.
Betting with money meant for everyday expenses.
Being so preoccupied with gaming that you cannot concentrate on work or studies.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gaming.
What should you do?
If you notice even one of the signs above, do not wait — seek help. Contact dk77 via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team will guide you in the right direction while keeping everything confidential.

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming
- Only play with money whose loss will not affect your daily life.
- Set a budget before you play and never go beyond that limit.
- Gaming is for entertainment — do not treat it as a guaranteed way to make money.
- Take regular breaks. Use dk77's session timer to remind yourself.
- Do not use gaming as an escape from stress, sadness, or loneliness.
- Spend time with family and friends — do not let gaming replace those relationships.
- Do not place bets impulsively after a big loss — that is 'chasing losses' and it is dangerous.
- Review your account history regularly — dk77 provides a complete transaction history.
- Set a deposit limit on your account before you start gaming — it is the most effective protection.
- If you have any account issues, let dk77's support team know — we are always ready to help.
How to Use the Tools
Step 1 — Log In
Log in to your account at dk77. Click the profile icon at the top right and go to the "Responsible Gaming" section.
Step 2 — Set Your Limits
Set your deposit limit, loss limit, and session time limit separately. Every change takes effect on your account immediately.
Step 3 — Take a Break When Needed
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out option. For longer-term protection, activate self-exclusion — support is also available through live chat.
Lowering vs. Increasing Limits
Any limit can be lowered immediately. To increase a limit, you must wait through a set cooling-off period. This rule protects you from emotional decisions.
Self-Exclusion Details
You choose the duration of your self-exclusion. During this period your account is completely deactivated and no promotional material or communications will be sent to you.

Financial Protection
Ensuring financial security while gaming at dk77 is the top priority. Our payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — are fully protected with SSL encryption.
The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. This clear structure keeps you fully informed about your financial transactions.
Always read the terms and conditions before claiming a bonus. dk77's welcome bonus wagering requirements are stated clearly — there are no hidden conditions. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement would be ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets, applied to the bonus amount only.
Remember
- Never bet with borrowed or loaned money.
- Never bet with business capital or savings.
- Check your transaction history regularly.
- Keep your deposit limit low — you can increase it if needed, but it takes time.
